What materials are used to create the candles?

Our candles are made from 100% soy wax. Soy wax is a 100% natural product that generally ensures that your candles burn longer.

How long do the candles burn?

Marèntho candles are mainly made for decorative purposes. Of course you can also light and use the candles. Make sure you follow our tips so that you can enjoy your candles for as long as possible. The exact burning time largely depends on the shape of the candle.

What is the shipping time?

Shipping depends on the size of the order. Normally it takes a maximum of 3 working days until you receive your package.

Are there certain places in the house where I should NOT put my candles?

To keep the candles in the best shape for as long as possible, we recommend keeping them away from sunlight and avoiding warmer rooms.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns. These must be registered by email within 14 days. The candles must not be broken, used or have any other defects. If that is the case, we cannot make a refund, unfortunately.
